Strategic Partnerships (PPPs)

The Matatu Owners Association (MOA) is devoted to developing strategic partnerships with public and private entities to improve public transport in Kenya. We anticipate that by working together, we can achieve more than working alone.

Our office collaborates with partners such as universities, research institutions, technology companies, civil society organizations, media outlets, and international agencies to innovate and experiment with new ideas and approaches for public transport.

We aim to enhance the service quality and customer satisfaction of public transport, reduce the environmental impact and carbon footprint of public transport, increase the efficiency and profitability of public transport, and create a platform for dialogue towards public transport issues.
